Vanderbilt Bonds will provide up to $5 million USD in financing to acquire the Biometric IP assets which will be transferred into its new operating entity, Aluf Biometrics, Inc.

This joint venture agreement will enable Aluf Holdings to rapidly and aggressively expand its footprint in the Biometric space.
